Residential Cleaning Services

We clean houses, apartments, houses under construction and offices of any size.  We offer one-time, weekly, biweekly, monthly and move-in/out cleaning services. Here is our cleaning item checklist.

Kitchen

* Clean stove (exterior)
* Clean microwave in/out-side
* Wipe down counters, dishwasher, refrigerator (exterior) and cabinet doors
* Wipe down all small appliances, stove burner knobs and cabinet handles
* Clean and sanitize sink
* Mop floors

Living Area

* Straighten, organize and remove clutter
* Dust shelves, picture frames, electronics, plants, light fixtures
* Vacuum floors

Bathroom

* Wipe down counters, mirrors and cabinet doors
* Scrub toilet, sink, tub and shower
* Change towels
* Mop floors

Bedroom

* Dust shelves, picture frames, electronics, and light fixtures
* Change bed linens and pillow covers
* Vacuum floors

Also

* Remove cobwebs
* Clean ceiling fans, light switches and wiped down baseboards
* Remove all garbage and recycling

We can easily add additional tasks such as inside ovens and refrigerators, underneath large furniture and appliances, walls and blinds, and the interior of windows and tracks.

First-Time Cleaning Service

Our First-Time Cleaning service is more like a “spring cleaning” or catch-up cleaning that usually require extra time and effort before we can start a routine scheduled cleaning of a home. In all honestly, we just don’t know how much time it will take on our first cleaning visit.  We just wanted to let you know that our first-time cleaning service usually takes longer than our repeat maintenance visits.
